As a Cloud Mentor, Mankandan helps his communitie and colleagues build cloud competence and Automation in future technologies . In addition, he assists in mentor universities in India specifically rural colleges and schools .

Started as a Microsoft Student Partner while being in campus, until now, I have delivered many ssession on various Cloud Technologies throughout the country and founded Microsoft Developer Community Bangalore to make the students, graduates, and startups of the state aware of various offerings and opportunities from Microsoft and was also being a Member in National App Review Board of Microsoft India

Manikandan got associated with Karnataka Startup Mission as a Emergencin startup , Fellow to promote entrepreneurship culture among the students of the state and is now a Certified Microsoft Trainer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Microsoft Specialist, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Technology Associate.

Mentor Rural colleges

Promote innovation and entrepreneurship across the State for young graduates, including campaigning for technology startup activities and conduct various events, such as like entrepreneurship awareness camps, maker sessions, hackathons and ideathons in colleges and other institutions.

Hosted and spoke at many Microsoft official events, including Wowzapp, Techdays, International Women’s Hackathon, Microsoft India Appfest, Global Azure Bootcamp, Microsoft- Power Your Future, and Windows 8 Bootcamp at Paavai Microsoft Innovation Center.
